Post the deal, Access will be responsible for providing scanning and conversion services to Neocase customers to help them transform from traditional and outdated paper-based processes to digitally advanced, effective, secure, and improved compliance processes.

As per the deal, Neocase Software, in partnership with Access, will connect to its customer base and deploy scanning and digitization services to convert existing paper records to digital data with a potential network of scanning facilities across North and South America. This strategy enables non-tech experts to create automated workflows and simplify HR administrative with the Neocase HR Shared Service Center.
