Ooma, Inc., an American telecommunications giant that offers a communications platform to both enterprises and consumers, announced MTA Solutions’ move to provide customers with new and advanced unified communication services under its brand name. However, the service will be made available through Ooma’s private label partner program.
MTA Solutions, based out of Alaska, is a telecommunications provider. The company is now offering solutions beyond basics or the traditional PBX-based offering, to Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) technology to cater to the dynamic and evolving customer needs. Along with offering out-of-the-box services to its customers, MTA Solutions aims at determining features and the pricing fundamentals to maintain transparency and direct relationship with its customers.
Details of the collaboration
MTA finalized Ooma’s enterprise private label program as it could deliver exactly what MTA was looking for. The company took care of aspects such as complete control over naming and pricing, eliminated the need for recurring customer contracts, offered customer support when needed, along with an end-to-end set of advanced UCaaS features.
Post the promising deal, Zak Wolf, Product Specialist at MTA, mentioned, “We’re getting tremendous customer response to MTA Unified Communications.” He also threw light on the evolving needs of customers as businesses are now particularly keen on investing in features such as desktop and mobile apps that enable more accessible options to work from anywhere. Further, he mentions how Ooma is providing MTA the flexibility to offer leading-edge UCaaS without headaches or compromises.
“Ooma is proud to have developed a private label program that truly puts the needs of our partners first,” said Dave Beagle, Senior Director of Business Channel Sales at Ooma. “MTA Unified Communications is a great example of how telecommunications and IT providers can leverage Ooma to deliver a powerful UCaaS offering under their own name and on their own terms.”
Ooma is incessantly involved in creating a powerful connected experience for enterprises and consumers through a cloud-based SaaS platform.
For its B2C customers, the company offers PureVoice HD voice quality, and for B2B customers of every size, Ooma delivers advanced flexible and scalable voice and collaboration features.
